Until now, thermal engineers had two choices in developing models. The text editor approach creates a SINDA file containing all of the information necessary for a simulation, but it is tedious and requires extremely precise formatting. Graphical modelers create realistic-looking models, but they can quickly become overly complex, making it difficult to verify the results on a low level.
Now, Network Analysis, Inc. has created two new tools to help you develop SINDA/G models using Microsoft Office. With these tools, you can create or modify SINDA/G models in a convenient, user-friendly environment. While not meant to replace existing methods of model creation, the SINDA/G Office Toolkit will allow the use of either Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Visio for SINDA/G development.
