Powerful new brick meshing
FEMAP now includes a powerful semi-automatic approach to create brick (hexahedral)
meshes. The approach combines robust solid subdivision, using either ACIS
or Parasolid, with intelligent linking and checking of adjacent volumes for
viability for either mapped or extrude brick meshing.
The meshes shown below are typical of brick meshes that can easily be created
with FEMAP 6.
