GES and STEP IMPORT EXAMPLE
A sample walk-through of importing and meshing IGES data, in this case from
Pro/ENGINEER, using the capabilities included in FEMAP Professional is
provided below. The trimmed surfaces are imported, then stitched together
into a true native solid. The solid can then be updated using any of the
FEMAP solid modeling commands, or its surfaces updated, split, and regions
defined for the proper application of loads and boundary conditions.
